For many years I have loved working with plants and always wanted to ‘pick something in the garden and heal someone’.  With this in mind I studied horticulture with the intention of setting up an organic herb farm to grow herbs for medicinal purposes.  I worked for 15 years expanding my knowledge in this area in The Herb Garden at The Royal Horticultural Society, Wisley.  My thirst for yet more information led me to 3 years’ intensive study at The College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London, from which I emerged with a Diploma in Naturopathy with Distinction.
My chosen specialist therapy was Homoeopathy because I know how effective and successful it has been for my own family since the birth of my sons over 25 years ago.  Soon after, realising that emotions played a huge role in the body’s ability to maintain a healthy balance I studied Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).

We are constantly bombarded by synthetic chemicals in the environment and our food.  This can lead to lowering of the immune system and allergic reactions.  I went on to study Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Technique (NAET), Basic course, Advanced I and II, an invaluable therapy to add to my practice.

Further study embraced Jaffe Mellor (JMT), a safe and holistic approach to treat allergies, pain, osteoarthritis and many other diseases.

Over the years of treating many patients naturopathically, I still felt there must be a more efficient way of getting to the root cause of the problem.  I discovered Theta Healing.  Theta Healing is the most phenomenal technique, so much so that I am confident enough, with my background and knowledge in anatomy, physiology and pathology to now solely practice Theta Healing.  I have attended many Theta Healing courses broadening my knowledge and understanding of this remarkable healing technique, including Basic and Advanced Theta DNA 1 & 2 with Asara Lovejoy; Intuitive Anatomy with Terry O’Connell; Fertility Course with Tracy Holloway; Manifesting & Abundance with Catherine Shaw.

I am constantly updating my knowledge, attending workshops, seminars and lectures.
